However, you are sadly lacking on your information regarding CFI's!

Colorado needs to get rid of the "CFI", "parenting coordinators", etc. This is nothing but a million dollar industry for private therapists who care nothing about the true welfare of the child but only about their wallets!

We need to return to the old days where judges actually did their jobs and took testimony from family members, friends, etc and didn't rely on the word of a CFI who spent 10 minutes to an hour with the child!

In my case, the CFI was Bill Strong. He was much more concerned with getting many retainer fees, than he was with the well being of my son. He bragged over and over about all the "power" he had with the court and the judge! He is a complete and total self-serving, power tripper. He extorted money from me; threatening me with the very custody of my son, to an abusive father, if I didn't give him more money!!!! I actually have an email from him stating; "If you don't pay the $1500.00 I am demanding, I will go to the judge and recommend custody to your ex-husband!"

Bill strong did not interview one of my witnesses, even though they saw the abuse first hand, he completely ignored police reports about this father's abuse, he even discounted 4 reports to Social Services made by teachers, a school principal, and a school therapist! For all of this I had the privilege of paying over $3500.00! Not to mention the $27,000.00 my attorney made! I a single mother of 5 children and this is a crime what these people have taken from me! I also have 2 children who have serious diseases that require expensive medication and they have no health insurance! Yet, good old Bill didn't care if I had the money for the pharmacy or not! Nor if my other children lived or died! His only concerns were money and power!

At first I thought he simply hated women, but I learned through blogs and others who had used him that he just likes to choose the "controversial side" and go with it to prove his power! Not caring at all about the children's lives that HE PUTS IN DANGER! He is one sicko!

Bill Strong is not the only one of these terrible, money grubbing creatures! I invite you to go to the website; knowyourcourts.com and read! I saw my story over and over on this site, the only difference was the names of the parties and therapists were changed!!!!

There is NO WAY a therapist can make an informed decision not talking to witnesses, including older children, and grown children, who lived in the home with the abuse. Ignoring police, social services, and teacher's reports, and not so much as doing a home visit!

As I said, these people need to go! Judges; DO YOUR JOBS! CHILDREN'S LIVES ARE AT STAKE! You need to start caring about them! Attorneys: do not use CFIs, you don't have to! A good attorney would call the witnesses to court themselves and not put children's lives in danger by self-serving creeps like Bill Strong!

My son has payed the ultimate price because of an uncaring, greedy for money, and lazy judge system. Other children are paying too. In one case I've become familiar with, that also had Bill Strong, a child was taken from her grandparents home, the only home she knew all of her life, and given back to a terribly drug addicted mother and abusive step-father! As I said Bill Strong, once again, chose to show his power in the courts by choosing the controversial side, and as always, the foolish judge went with his decision. Wake up judges and lawyers!

I hope this sheds light on this for you, from a real person who has, "been there and done that!" Just FYI another name that I read many negative things about is, "Keifer," he is just another Bill Strong. Please, please read, "knowyourcourts.com"
