Colorado needs to get rid of the "CFI", "parenting coordinators", etc. This is nothing but a million dollar industry for private therapists who care nothing about the true welfare of the child but only about their wallets!
We need to return to the old days where judges actually did their jobs and took testimony from family members, friends, etc and didn't rely on the word of a CFI who spent 10 minutes to an hour with the child!
In my case, the CFI was Bill Strong. He was much more concerned with getting many retainer fees, than he was with the well being of my son. He bragged over and over about all the "power" he had with the court and the judge! He is a complete and total self-serving, power tripper. He extorted money from me; threatening me with the very custody of my son, to an abusive father, if I didn't give him more money!!!! I actually have an email from him stating; "If you don't pay the $1500.00 I am demanding, I will go to the judge and recommend custody to your ex-husband!"
Bill strong did not interview one of my witnesses, even though they saw the abuse first hand, he completely ignored police reports about this father's abuse, he even discounted 4 reports to Social Services made by teachers, a school principal, and a school therapist! For all of this I had the privilege of paying over $3500.00! Not to mention the $27,000.00 my attorney made! I a single mother of 5 children and this is a crime what these people have taken from me! I also have 2 children who have serious diseases that require expensive medication and they have no health insurance! Yet, good old Bill didn't care if I had the money for the pharmacy or not! Nor if my other children lived or died! His only concerns were money and power!
At first I thought he simply hated women, but I learned through blogs and others who had used him that he just likes to choose the "controversial side" and go with it to prove his power! Not caring at all about the children's lives that HE PUTS IN DANGER! He is one sicko!
Bill Strong is not the only one of these terrible, money grubbing creatures! I invite you to go to the website; knowyourcourts.com and read! I saw my story over and over on this site, the only difference was the names of the parties and therapists were changed!!!!
There is NO WAY a therapist can make an informed decision not talking to witnesses, including older children, and grown children, who lived in the home with the abuse. Ignoring police, social services, and teacher's reports, and not so much as doing a home visit!
As I said, these people need to go! Judges; DO YOUR JOBS! CHILDREN'S LIVES ARE AT STAKE! You need to start caring about them! Attorneys: do not use CFIs, you don't have to! A good attorney would call the witnesses to court themselves and not put children's lives in danger by self-serving creeps like Bill Strong!
My son has payed the ultimate price because of an uncaring, greedy for money, and lazy judge system. Other children are paying too. In one case I've become familiar with, that also had Bill Strong, a child was taken from her grandparents home, the only home she knew all of her life, and given back to a terribly drug addicted mother and abusive step-father! As I said Bill Strong, once again, chose to show his power in the courts by choosing the controversial side, and as always, the foolish judge went with his decision. Wake up judges and lawyers!

Same situation, the names are Joann Baum and Kathie Fliss, 10 years apart. These two are good, good friends, so make sure you don't cross either one... the next will make you pay! Joann Baum told me that if I didn't pay her $1200, she would take my children away! I was pregnant, in college, my ex was living in a homeless shelter while making $30K a year, supporting two young sons, and Joann told me to get a second job.
Ironically, Bill Strong was my therapist for a short time, that didn't work either. After all, how else can you make a living with a masters in psychology? Become a CFI and then you can exercise the control that you wish you had.
Of course, it's always the abused spouse that leaves that pay the price. Their ex spouses, judges, and the CFI's make sure that you are continually abused by the court system. Whoever has the most money to hire whichever professional the court favors, wins!!!
It never ends. My oldest son was 15 when he called me and said "I can't take it anymore at my dad's house. When can you come and get me?" KF still didn't listen to him after my younger son, who has bipolar disorder, was convicted of assault against his brother and I. Then I was ordered to pay child support to my ex husband after he refused to see my son for an entire year! Plus his attorney's fees at an extraordinary $350 dollars an hour!
The insanity of it all may come to an end when my oldest son turns 18 and will testify against what KF, JB, and the courts have done to his life.
In 2004 CFI Dr Jen Lacrosse's evaluation was very bias, finding signs of a serious disorder with the father and making numerous personal opinions of myself. Not a shock since her and opposing councel wrote a document about training your client for a CFI investigation. My kids were taken from me lives destroyed, not a suprise since the Judge,other parent and CFI (at time of investigation) all lived in Evergreen!! She even claimed PAS. She is on the Colorado Menal Health Board; or was, therefore she knew that PAS is not valid in Colorado. I was also pregnant. My children have been seperated and kept from me for years while I'm on unfounded restrictions my kids are being abused with over 35 reports of abuse to S.S. from manditory reporting agencies.
CFI"S are very dangerous!! I'm on to my third one however face jail for arrears of child support that was calculated for maximum benifit to the father above my financial means.
The danger comes in; first of all
1.the Attorney's and CFI's know each other work and socialize with each other and Judges allowing room for tainted and bias investigations.
2. The 1st CFI (SA) we had worked on a document with the opposing Counsel on how to train a client for a CFI investigation, which was handed out at an Attorney conference in Breckenridge, talk about marketing. Worse yet I believe this type of behavior is tampering with evidence, you are teaching the bad to present as good while children's lives are being destroyed. My son is also 15 and has serious complaint against theis Dr. for how he says twisting everything to protect father and excuse the abuse. SICKENING
a. Beings the Attorney and CFI worked together and the Judge knows the CFI personally you can guess the out come.
3. If a Judge is not competent enough to do their job they should no be on the bench.
4. This makes child welfare a huge money making business. As a result where does these leave our children and our future generations when there is so much room for corruption and lining pockets of the greedy?
5. You think we have problems now? Wait until the children of corrupt investigator become adults. These "Professionals” are destroying innocent children’s lives with huge price tags for everyone involved.
6. It is a legal system and these Judges are paid by us to know the Law but they appoint someone else paid by you again to ruin children.
7. You can only hope you get a CFI that is in this for our children and not the financial wealth they can greedily take and place in their pockets.
8. We have a very unhealthy system that deprives children relationships with both parents fairly and equally

I hope they do make changes, my CFI report was only 7 pages long. My lawyer and my counselor were shocked at how badly it was done. And it made me realize how much power the CFI Investigators have with your children. This lady made it known to me she had the power and it was scary. The CFI Investigator shouldn't have done my case if she felt she didn't have the time to thouroughly do her job. I was told these reports are like a book and mine was 7 pages long. The system needs to be changed for the Children.

I agree cut through all the BS and get to the point, however she did not do her job. I lost this case. My ex didn't want anything to do with his son when we lived together in the same home. He spent 5 years in our basement and never interacted with us. After I moved out and filed for a divorce he wanted Joint Custody. He got it! My son didn't even know he was his Dad, he thought he was a MAN WHO LIVED IN OUR BASEMENT! This CFI Investigator put 1 paragraph on what my counselor said, what my sons counselor said and 1/2 a Page on what my Ex's counselor said. It was very One Sided. It was awful. The lies and things that were put in there about me and how she perceived me to be. When I have always taken care of my little boy and always been a good mother. You would have thought my sons Father was a Great Dad! I have no choice due to the laws but to send my son over there. SHE DID NOT DO HER JOB and come to find out MY EX'S LAWYER KNEW HER and said SHE HAD A GOOD REPUTATION! Well there you go! Just like you said the Lawyers know them and you are screwed! It's a MONEY GAME! SHE GOT HER DAMN MONEY AND DIDN'T EVEN DO HER JOB!!!!!

If the report is 100 pages or 7 pages it doent matter. Surely someone as educated as a Judge could see through the bullshit!!! But they dont because they have to hire someone else to do their job and the CHILD TRAFFICING BEGINS!!! IT IS SICK CFI's Need to be removed from family Court!!! If the CFI is willing to behave in any case as this one did in yours then they are not good and the repution need tot change a little from good to not so good and who knows maybe she screwed another family as well which would take a "GOOD" reputation and quickly make it "BAD"!!! we need to start listing these people and pulling together!!!!
Reading all your stories I am left speechless and scared out of my mind that the future of my daughter is being left in the hands of a stranger. My ex is dangerous and I feel like no one believes me. I have custody now but I'm afraid that since my ex is a purple heart vetran and an aurora police officer i will be looked at as a lier. I myself, my son, even our dog have been abused by this man but I have no police reports well because my husband was the police there was no point in calling it in I knew nothing would be done and I was stupid and nieve and thought I had no where else to go. I really hope I get a good CFI that will listen to me and see through all my ex's lies. Someone who will see through to the abuse but from what I just read on this sight I feel like all hope is gone. I am barely scraping together the money for the retainer, let alone being able to come up with whatever they decide later. Please any advice that you guys can give me, anything I can be prepared for would be great. I can't loose my daughter to this man. She came home after a week visitation at Christmas time with bruises all over her bottom. I took her to a Dr right away and then refused visitation. I had three police cars at my house that night, and now i am having custody agreement charges pressed against me by the DA. I did everything right, I took her to a Dr, I called my lawyer, my lawyer filed an emergency motion, the judge said i couldnt prove inimit danger but felt i had grounds for concern and that i wasn't being malisious. (he told everyone she fell out of the bath tub, anyone who has a 3 year old should be able to see that a fall would not cause multiple bruises like the ones she had. The DA is still pressing charges on me, and the courts have now mandated a CFI. I have been trying to get my divorce settled for 18 months now. I thought when I left that the abuse my family was enduring would be over but the court system has been chewing me up and spitting me out. I beg for any good advice, i am desperate for it.

I logged everything, I did everthing I could to prove who was the better parent. Unfortanetly Colorado is a State that has turned to Mens rights. Which I never disagreed my son shouldn't see his father, I believe my son needs his dad, the problem was my son not knowing his dad. Do NOT let David Kieffer as your CFI. He's very sick, evil man. He met with me and he knew the situation at hand as it was HE who pointed it out to me to tell me he got it. Then he twisted all and made ME the bad parent. Trying to discredit a CFI in court is a joke, the judge did not care and even punished me WORSE. She made it personal against me. CFI, Lawyers and Judges all work together and know each other well. The system is so corrupt it is downright scary. They reward the high conflict parent since it brings in more revenue. FORGOT about it being in the children's best interests....it's ONLY about the money for all the players. Caring parenting are made to suffer. TRY and avoid any CFI's as it is so hard to find someone fair. And IF you did the other attorney will not allow that person in.
Disgusting CFI's like Kieffer should not even be allowed near children, he's a sociopath.
I agree with Alexa 100%. Do your own research on one and hire your own if you can. I wouldn't trust your lawyer to get you a good one, my lawyer hired mine and my ex's lawyer knew her. My ex's lawyer was more expensive and he had more money than me. I lost, and I had emails, pages of things that happened, tape recordings of my son saying things happend to him. When my ex and I had to go together to see her, he lied and manipulated her. All that time I was telling her he's lying. He even laughed at me while we were in there and she never said anything to him or asked him why he thought this was so funny. When he was done I told her, don't you think he's saying all this because we're in here. It pissed her off, she then threw her credentials at me and made me well aware of her power. I knew then not to say another word and knew who side she was on. I was scared to death that a total stranger could have the power to take my son away from me when I was the parent always there for my little boy and when his dad wasn't. She made it very clear she could take my son from me.

There is nothing to do.
A Colorado CFI can only be complained upon through the court where he appears. This means attacks to his licensure are shielded by the court and no matter how incompetently or corruptly your CFI acts, the judge will do nothing.
For this reason alone the CFI can minimize his interactions with the family and produce a thread bare report. Testimony is nothing more than a subjective assessment.
This is current policy throughout this country.

I had Lauren Kelly as my CFI and I found her to be unprofessional, dishonest, and incompetent. The report that she filed with the court was not only late, but also incomplete, inaccurate, and blatently biased. There should be a law against what she did!
The whole CFI concept is absolutely ridiculous and should be abolished.
My CFI (Lauren Kelly) never spoke to my daughter's teacher, my ex's psychotherapist, my roommate (who rents a room from me and who would be living there while my children were there), or ANY of my references. She then said in her report that none of these contacts were necessary! Are you serious? Lauren simply didn't have time to speak to any of these contacts and she had her mind made up anyway.
Lauren conveniently forgot to include certain facts in her report that would have been favorable to me and instead made my ex look like the "mother of the year."
She also lied by telling me that my work schedule would not affect her decision...then when the report came in, guess what? My work schedule was the MAIN reason she gave for her recommendaation that my children be relocated to Colorado Springs (my case was a child relocation case...I live in Brighton).
My girls wanted to stay with me, but instead of including that in the report, Lauren simply said that she never asked the girls where they wanted to be.
Lauren cut our second meeting short saying that she needed to get "two other reports done by the end of the week." Then in her report, she said that it was ME that cut the meeting short! I had actually asked her stay and she left anyway! That, no matter how you look at it, is a lie! She should be ashamed of herself (but something tells me she isn't!).
I sent an email to Lauren telling her about the issues I had with her services...and she refused to even read it, saying that she was no longer on the case. Shameful!
I could seriously go on and on about how poorly Lauren handled my case but I really don't feel like writing a book...
I would recommend staying away from Lauren Kelly as a CFI. I paid her almost $2000 for a worthless report...a report that was obviously not completed as a result of any "investigation," but rather as the result of an overworked and biased CFI who was more interested in collecting a check than she was in maintaining the best interests of my children.

Well William J. Strong, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) & Child/Family Investigator (CFI) raped a woman on February 6, 2011, right after the superbowl and got away with it because he has connections within the Judicial System (thru his work as a CFI). He knows Judges, DAs, Attorneys, people within Police Depts, so it was covered up! He was never arrested, the detective treated the victim like *THE* criminal and didn't investigate Mr. Strong. The DA - Maggie Conboy did a favor for Mr. Strong by not filing charges. When the victim tried to complain to Ms. Conboy's supervisors (THE DA and some other man), they said that they wouldn't meet with her because she "abused" Ms. Conboy by saying mean things to her (ummmm....the victim was raped!) Mr. Strong is in private practice for therapy and he gives "dating" advice to single women and marriage counseling to people and even scarier - he "advises" on what's best for children as he's a CFI. I'm sure that the rape that he committed in February is not his first and won't be his last (he's got friends within DPD and the DA's offices). Sick bastard!!!
His wife, Gay Linn Strong (Sam), works at Starbucks part-time just to get health insurance for the family. Does she know that he's a rapist?

I'm glad you wrote into this blog. I was wondering how the men did in the state of Colorado. My lawyer warned me this was a mans state when it came to custody. That the laws had changed so much in the last 10 years.
I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Mine was very similar to yours. There was a 7 page report and one page was all the great things my ex's counselor said about him. My counselor and my sons counselor it was a paragraph long That was it. The CFI investigator who did mine was a woman and she didn't even spend time with my sons counselor I was told she talked to him briefly and he said "I mean briefly". These guys just want the money and will do a terrible job with our children and where they should be placed. They are dangerous and I recommend NO ONE USE A CFI INVESTIGATOR!
I'm sorry your children were placed with their mother if she is not capable of being a good parent. I hope the system changes to help our children. It is scary that the CFI's have so much power and we as parents are very Powerless when it comes to them and what they say and put in these reports. Lies and twisting things around, not doing proper investigations with all the people on our list for them to talk to. It's a big scam and money game.

Let' see, my CFI was Beth Lieberman in El Paso county. She milked the case for $12k to write a report. She was constantly running to the judge demanding another 2 or 3 thousand dollars. It took her 15 months to write her recomendation. The lawyers love it because they create bills out of nothing every month and also always have their hand out. It took 15 moths for her to write a report that my son stay here in CO with me after his mother ran off and abandonded him 3 years earlier. The players in this racket try and pretend these CFI's work some form of rocket science, believe me none of them are rocket scientists. They are low IQ social science majors and crooks. The whole racket is predicated upon bleeding the parents dry. When the money dried Beth finally decided she had enough information to write her report.

Same experience with a greater expense. The CFI process is a SCAM.
I've paid Dr. Dana Cogan $30K! and he knows nothing about my children or my relationship with them. He failed to interview a single family member or objective witness and has acknowledged that he's made mistakes in his recommendations about parenting time because he "didn't look at his recommendation on a calendar". This is NEGLIGENCE, MALPRACTICE and every other type of professional misconduct.
Everyone who's been through this process knows that lawyers are scum for fueling and profiting from controversy, but these CFI's are worse than scum for claiming to "represent children" when their sole concern is financing their next vacation. They really don't care whatsoever about your children and I only wonder how many children have been harmed by their "expert" recommendations...
I had the same nightmare experience with Joanne Baum in 2004-2005. Apparently, she has made quite a habit of threatening parents to take their children. She was completely biased for the dad (ex), who is a four time convicted drunk driver, who was actually caught driving nude in dt denver, and we were both ordered to have full psych evals. Get this, we weren't even given copies of the evals, and I was never provided discovery of his sexual specific testing, or polygraph. The entire hearing was a sham, and I lost custody of my then 12 year old daughter who lived with me primarily since birth, and my 13 year old son remained with dad. He was also awarded child support from a arapahoe district MAGISTRATE, yes magistrate, not JUDGE, who didn't have even 3 months on the bench. She never bothered to read the psych evals or receive the final report from JB, because it was filed 3 days prior to our hearing date. When I did get my hands on her final report and read the complete lies she told in the report, I wanted to sue her for libel, but I found out that she has immunity from DORA. Joanne Baum finally got her hands slapped in 2009, when a patient filed a complaint against her about again making frivoulous lies and filing a report to a court regarding custody issues that she had no involvement with. She got a year suspended licensure, and that's it. You can look all this up on DORA. She also after she was dismissed from my case in 2005, the ex got in touch with her, and had her write a letter to a magistrate at Arapahoe, and AGAIN attempted to throw me under the bus for trying to protect my daughter. She was DISMISSED and no legal authority to write anything. I had to hire an attorney who needed to file a motion to strike, and it was. She is some piece of work, and I will make it my personal cause to make sure that Joanne Baum gets put out of business of destroying innocent children's lives,and the lives of all she comes into contact with. GET OUT OF COLORADO and file for divorce in another state, you can always return later, but GET YOUR DIVORCE (especially) if you're a woman, because Colorado is a Daddy's rights state, the evidence is clear and convincing.

My friend has gone through this exact situation and continues to. It was recommended that we contact the Attorney General in Colorado, John Suthers, to let him know. I think if we all contact the Attorney General, it may be enough to get him to investigate this clearly corrupt Family Court System in Douglas and Arapahoe Counties, etc. It was also suggested that we contact the FBI. Isn't there a site we can post our reviews of CFI's? I'd like to protect others from these interactions. I understand there is no getting around such a thing, as our system has sooo many rules now that if we don't follow it, we are the ones who suffer. HOWEVER, we are still beings who should be prepared for such things. From my awful learning experience, I'd like to suggest things for others...... anyone???

Kieffer ruined my life, and the life of my kids!
He never investigated anything. He threw away documents I gave him, mis-quoted me, accused me of things devious and malicious. Yet he believed everything my ex and his new wife said, wrote his report stating their point of view as fact (when in fact he discarded and/or refused to investigate all infomation I supplied that would counterdict my ex).
My lawyer even pointed out that Kieffer seemed to have a crush on my ex-husband.
I couldn't believe how completely unprofessional a court appointed "whatever" could be. SHOCKING!
I lost my kids, for years they've been tortured and degraded without a fair parenting plan, or any system counter the alienation that was fueled by Kieffer's scathing "personal opinion of me and all mothers" otherwise known as his REPORT. Of course, my ex and his new wife being bolstered by Kieffer's report use it to demean me every chance they get EVEN IN FRONT OF MY KIDS!
We need awareness, VISIBILITY and tools for ACCOUNTABILITY within the family law courts. Without it we (and our children) are all bait fish for sharks like Kieffer and his cronies!
We NEED more AWARNESS OF PARENTAL ALIENATION, and strong legislation to counter the perpetrators of this horrible crime against children and families.
David Kieffer needs to be stripped of every credential he has, and never let near a family or child again. He is a menance like no other!

If you need a CFI, don't use jean lacrosse--she's a liar and a dirtbag. She doesn't just misrepresent facts, she fabricates them out of thin air. My case was too heartbreaking and mentally exhausting to go into detail, but the statement that Colorado is a "daddy's rights state" didn't hold true. My exwife is a mental health disaster--multiple suicide attempts (some in front of the children), bipolar and borderline--yet according to Dr Lacrosse, she "has some real strengths". I'd laugh if I had any emotions left. There's alot to be said for totalitarian regimes--at least they shoot you first and then take everything. Our system of family law is a disaster--worse than anything even Kafka could have dreamed up.

Most of the CFI complaints I've read in the past, nothing was ever done to the CFI Investigator. That's how our courts work out here if you use one there is nothing the judge will do to over turn the decision. They are protected by the courts. My CFI Investigator threw her credentials around when and told me how much power she had over me when I told her my ex-husband was lying to her and did she really believe him, it made her mad. I lost my case and was terrified I would lose my son after her lame job she did. My report was I think 7 pages long, that was it then she asked for more money or she wouldn't give it to my lawyer so I had to pay her. And get this my lawyer hired her so I figured it would work out for me, well my ex his lawyer new her as well and he Loved her and was very excited that my lawyer hired her. The best advice I can give anyone is to stay away from them and work out the child visitation with your ex instead. These CFI people are Dangerous!

We are in the process of disputing a PRE report done by Dr. David Kieffer. This report is biased and has tons of inaccuracies and omissions. i had a CFI who was supposed to report to the court on my case involving an abusive ex-husband who paid no child support. She didn't know the important details of my case, appearing to get them confused with another case. Then she suddenly demanded that I come to her office for a private interview, even though her Agreement said she would come to my home. She insisted on what time I would arrive after dropping ff my kids for a visit to their father.
When I said I would try to make it, but she was welcome to come to my home, she sent me a nasty email. Then I noticed that she had been copying in the attorney for my ex-husband on all her emails to me. I pointed this out to her and said it was a breach of her duty to be impartial. She then said she didn't how that happened.
Then, at the last minute, my ex refused to pick up the kids on Saturday so I couldn't go to her office anyway.
After all that, she wrote a "Status Report", in which she described how my ex how responded to her but somehow left out how I had responded to her.
She did not file a full report to the Court as as she was ordered to do. She also stated that she did a "background check" on both parties. Although there is nothing in my background I want to hide, I never was asked, nor gave permission for this "background check". I have no idea what it entailed and I was not given the results. Further, she copied the "Status report" to a suspicious and unknown email, a clear violation of confidentiality. Who are these CFIs and where do they get their authority from?

If it hadn't happened to me I wouldn't believe it! I was a Protected Party with a Permanent Protection Order, (PPO). The Court ordered a CFI after I told them the reason the reason the Father hadn't seen his kids is because the police told him to have "no contact" after violating the PPO. The Court ordered Gay Neirman but she was not available and we ended up with some weirdo named Bonnie Saltzman. From the beginning, she was illogical, confusing our case with another case. Then I realized she was coping in the counsel for the children's father on every email she sent me. A clear violation of confidentiality. I pointed this out to her and she said she "didn't know" how that had happened.
Then my children's father was arrested for violating the PPO during the court proceedings. I told this to the CFI. Contrary to her own agreement, she began demanding that I come to her office for an interview. Suddenly I realized that she coping in my children's father's attorney on these emails.
What's the problem? His attorney had entered an appearance as his defense counsel for the criminal charges. Get it?
The CFI and the Father's attorney were in communication while he was being charged with violation of the PPO, while I was the Protected party. And the CFI was supposed to be conducting an impartial investigation.

I hired Angelina Cordova, Owner of One Day at a time counseling as the CFI in our custody case. I was concerned with physical and sexual abuse of my infant by her father who public records shows was arrested for 2 sexual assaults on a child. From the beginning things were fishy. At our first meeting Ms. Cordova told me that his history of child rapes did not disqualify him from parenting. My daughter came home injured after every visit with him and the only alibi he had was his girlfriend. He told 4 different officials 4 different accounts of each injury. I pleaded with Ms. Cordova to do her job and save my daughter. I went through depression when I found blood in my infants diaper and so many vaginal injuries my ex used Ms. Cordova as a character witness in investigations although I am unsure if the police actually spoke to her. Long story short even with proof of domestic violesnce against me and at MINIMUM neglect against my daughter. Cordova decided that he was the better parent and diagnosed me with paranoia against all professionals opinions and evaluations. She never made him do his part or prove his false stories and tried to make stop sending her my evidence. She lied to the courts about statements from several officials to support her allegations against me. Thank God I was able to subpeona the people she claimed said negative things about me. No one but my ex and his family has said negative things about me. I am a highly decorated educator and a dedicated parent but she failed to mention that. She implied that I could be the abuser just to cast a dark cloud on me since I had overwhelming evidence against him. Solely because of her lies, my daughter was given to her abuser and if I had not kept fighting than she would be a lifelong victim. My case is only 5 months old and my ex is currently out on bail for his 3rd sexual assault on a child. My family has suffered so much emotional distress and abuse because of Ms Cordovas decision to fabricate almost EVERYTHING to shed a negative light on me. She then manipulated the system and have refused to abide by the directive governing her job. I requested her CFI insurance information and just a simple explanation because I am so broken over her lies and I cant understand why she thought a pedophile would be a great parent or why she pretended that I am not the amazing parent that I am all because I fought like hell for my daughter. I am over 60k in dept because of Ms. Cordovas misconduct and our emotional distress and my daughters innocence is priceless. Instead of attempting to apologize and provide a monetary settlement that we damn well deserve through her insurance. She has hired an attorney who will never be able to get her out of this. I understand that people make mistakes so I wasnt even going to try and have her incarcerated which is truly what she deserves but the fact that she will take no accountability for her fraud upon us and the courts and egregious behaviors is so disheartening. I definitely would NEVER recommend this women and I am fighting hard as hell to make sure she can never ever do this to another family

How to report a Bias CFI?
Marta Martinez Evens here in Durango, CO has reported testimonies of all professionals that work with my two autistics sons for years. They all said that bruised marks in my son's body come from father's. At end, the CFI defends father and the undocumented living in nanny despite of what all professionals said. She interviewed my boys and did not grant their wishes. When I (pro se) asked in court how long she had spent with the living in nanny she said about 45/50 min. The conclusion she came up with was based on the 50 minutes she spent the nanny. I still don't understand why she didn't listen the professionals. Any resources on how to report a bias CFI?

I am struggling to find a GOOD cfi right now. I am indigent so I qualify for state pay but all these nightmare stories are scaring me so bad. I have been FULLY alienated from my babies for 2 years and my oldest son has been alienated from his siblings for the same amount of time. My ex threw me and my oldest son out ans locked all of our belongings in the house, closed our joint bank account that we had just gotten our JOINT tax return put into and left us to die. My mom took my oldest while I got on my feet but the better and more stable I got the more he alienated me. I am fighting and I am the one who requested the CFI but now I am scared that they WILL be biased because I qualified for state pay and he is private pay, he has an attorney (Amanda Peek) and I do not. Do you suggest we have all evidence pulled to show that this is not true, where it cannot be ignored? We can pull proof of most of the stuff we know they will lie about. do what you can. Remember CFI is not your friend and so do not treat her as such. You need to support and document everything you say.

We are dealing with Angelina.Cordova. Horrible nasty biased CFI. Insisting in hair tests and mental health evaluation for son on his custody battle with his ex’s grandma. The ex overdosed while living at her mothers house. But it’s my son that Angie wants to check out based on grandma allegations. And won’t believe us that grandma was letting ex use drugs and alcohol in her house. What .. an autopsy report js the simple proof and yet grandma not being checked at all. Turns out Angie has been claiming to be able to do psychological evaluations on her resume filed with the court. She has been disciplined with Colorado for claiming this in January 2021 and told to cease and desist. Nope. Now she and grandmas attorney are claiming this was is simply an error with the court filing. They obviously didn’t know a document has data contained within it to show when it was created. The resume filed with the court was made in July 2021 … after she was disciplined. Now attorney says here is the 2022 resume. Which the attorney and Angie created AFTER we filed our motion complaining about Angie to DORA and to the court. Then Angie suddenly wanted us to sign a “revised” service plan. Never got an original. When asked what she revised she has suddenly asked to be removed from the case … blaming my son for calling her biased and for not wanting to comoly. Yes’we called her biased, but emails showed we were fully compliant. Angie Cordova is a snake. And so is grandmas attorney.

When CFI Report tossed bc Kathryn Lees believed she could slander me/libel in her sloppy report by saying I made up my son's medical conditions which Denver Children's Hospital had already been reporting to CPS (Michelle Walker Team, Angela Mead, Heather O'Hayre, Laura Walker, Adelaide Naughton, Ki'i Powell; not limited)-lets just say follow the money find the crime/bribe. Back to court order not allowing CFI Report or testimony to be used and a PRE was retained upon my motion ex paid and picked) to refute CFI Kathryn Lees lies. She banked on humiliating me and backing me into a corner. Wrong. My son's medical team would never say what she wrote and they still to date, since 2017, no records of Kathryn Lees made up conversations with several medical professionals that never occurred, and no signed release on file, foolish statements saying I'd purchased rx's otc that require dr rx. K Lees is a coward and when depo time came she pretended to move to Florida. Lied about retiring but showed active and signed waiver of services on ex atty (her undisclosed buddy several years established by facebook and priviliged info in record on appeal). Kathryn Lees is around 80 and puts up pictures on her professional divorce center of the rockies page of younger women in bikinis what seems to make people think it is her. WEIRD. She takes it personally when her job is up and judges order her report is done. She's easily manipulated, quick to commit statutory child abuse and medical neglect, above the law like not waiting outside courtroom prior to testimony acting as if thats procedure, and her driving history shows dmv needs to have her stop driving before she kills someone. She takes it personally when time is up and she is not to file anything. This monster wrote letters to the court every time I tried to depo her or called her out on her bs. Her mental disorder holds onto people calling her out like a leech that won't let go (gross) or needs to continue to water her "garden of resentments". Here's the deal parents both men and women. It is my case and of course certiorari review was denied but it also denied my three motions to sanction ex's counsel, allowable and grounds to vacate orders on appeal= SCOTUS has exclusive jurisdiction. I was discussing how CO and its implicated court officers provided grounds for me to remove these cases from state to federal court in addition to SCOTUS already having acquired jurisdiction which CO, a bottom dweller that begs for federal funds like a dog does for table scraps, and in return doesn't believe it needs to follow federal rules and contractual obligations required bc it believes it is above the law. Fine then but stop begging for federal funds statistics show are misused, wasted, and defraud. CO has overplayed its hand with the fraud upon the court and is a threat to the financial and economic health of our nation, children, and future. Its the rotten part that will rot and destroy our nation if the rotten people and parts are not removed, especially the non citizen alien judges/magistrates our taxes paid to bring them here to get law degrees only to infringe on our Constitutional Rights and harm our children. HUGE MISTAKE. Well these judges/magistrates are aware I'm moving to have them deported and they have, in addition to over 400 court officers when all said and done, retaliated against a mandatory reporter bound by my BBA in Finance. District Judge Marcelo Kapcow will never obtain citizenship since he snuck himself and family into our nation; enhances traffic tickets to dui's and thinks he owns the litigants; many jailed on CASH ONLY bonds between $20K-$45K on misdemeanor stuff like during covid a defendant's evaluator didn't turn something in and boom revoked her probation she was detained for months. Also punishes bondsman when he won't adjust the bond to the required amount and puts it in writing. This is harmful to the COHICOX Bond and it causes market manipulation, SEC Violation. More to come. One more thing to clarify and I promise done for now. So the Larimer DHS/CPS mentioned above ignored HUB reports made (several and by mandatory reporters such as my son's medical team needed to help when ex and ex in laws didn't believe dr's are correct in that newborns and babies cannot have cows milk before the age of 1. Ex signed the form before leaving hospital and him and his unfit parents gave our son cow's milk behind my back while he was on a formula Nutramigen (super pricey hypoallergenic; barely tolerable nasty stuff and last resort; worked when cows milk not given behind my back). My son had to have a dietician and it was bad. Ex one day and ex in laws accuse me of being crazy and Denver Childrens and refusing to follow the cows milk before 1 medical fact. I tell son's medical team. Dad admits to it acting sorry. Dr gives dad and ex in laws a plan and cps to follow up. Dad and ex in laws req'd to do a family meeting with medical team and cps and no show; immediately after records on appeal show refused to stop and made him sicker. Reports made after by other medical professionals and cps did zero. theres more but whats important is we join forces and get justice for our kids and wrap it up with suspensions, jury trials for court officers, and criminal charges which is in process on my end for the rotten court officers.

Ex's atty files a forgery electronically (has an efiling id # provided to SCOTUS) one day after trial and clerks allow it though it has my name (this is the clerks job and they kick my stuff back for missing a zip code)and then Judge French admits the forged fin affidavit into evidence and I guess I make the big bucks bc this fraud child support order like the entire final order that used the CFI report bc ex cried about the PRE Findings he paid and chose-anyways child support order is around 178% higher than co child support guidelines. lets stop bc ive exhausted efforts on that; co's racketeering involved a premature 50% garnishment and federal enforcement of this before it was even due. i was never served or wait 2 years after the fact and after 2-3 motions to modify were set and vacated the day of; not to mention on appeal. anyways Judge French, tough guy who gets off on threatening women and harming children with medical conditions though he has a disabled son he uses as a cash cow by having charities, etc. Judge French is chicken and recused himself from case within 5 min after i gave my notice of appeal. shortly retired but really went to work at CO judicial conduct on commission where he reviewed my complaints against him denying them in minutes. couldn't handle them i guess. then did mediation. now i think an attorney. he granted gag order (after denying before) to ex's atty i cant report atty misconduct or kathy lees or say her name. like i told FCPD Sgt A Ruehlin before, I refuse to set aside my religious beliefs and fiduciary duties essentially engaging/allowing fraud to happen which i'd lose rights/privileges to BBA Finance, fraud charges and 3X punishment, further defrauding of taxpayers. Aside from what has happened to my son, I have a duty to maximize shareholder profit and protect the shareholders at all costs. in this case, the shareholders are the taxpayers of the U.S. I have a duty, most importantly, to GOD and also as mandatory reporter to report child abuse/med neglect/imminent danger and I cannot fulfill my duties by abiding by a frivolous unlawful gag order ex's atty got (paid for evidence shows) so he could get a good nights sleep and not have his misconduct/fraud/statutory child abuse and medical neglect/aiding in parental kidnapping be reported. I reported anyways and FCPD Sgt A Ruehlin, I've sent you these things before and FCPD has been served via your email my er writ of mandamus/prohibtion re this case as well. If you feel the need to charge me go for it; it will show SCOTUS your role in obstructing justice and it has never upheld such a bogus gag order do what you need to do
